Pars Phenol Petrochemical Plant Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers

By April 2018 Pidemco delivered the last of 19 shell and tube heat exchangers to our client Pars Phenol Petrochemical Company (Bakhtar Group). The project got effective in February, 2017 and Pidemco was responsible for Mechanical Design and Guarantee, Raw Material Procurement and Fabrication and Test of these heat exchangers.

The Heat exchangers were consisted of coolers, reboilers, condensers and preheaters for MEG Unit of Pas Phenol Petrochemical Plant and they were designed by ASME SecVIII Div1 and TEMA including U-type, Floating and Fixed types.

Heat Exchangers were manufactured from range of materials including duplex, Stainless Steel Gr. 316, 304 and Carbon Steel. The Raw materials were supplied from reputed Western Europe, Japan and South Korea sources.
