We designed & Fabricated shell and tube Heat exchangers by 2 1/4% Chrome, 1% Molybdenum
Low alloy steel Gr.22 weld overlay cladded by S.S. 347 operating in high pressure / temperature
hydrogen service.
We signed a collaboration agreement with Sulzer Chemtech, Swiss to participate in joint projects
in Iran. Sulzer is a renowned licensor for separation units in the world.
We delivered High pressure temperatur Reactors fabricated by 1 1/4%Chrome, 1/2% Molybdenum
Low alloy stelel (Gr.11) for dehydrogenation unit.

We designed and fabricated Transfer Line Exchanger for Ethylen cracking unit in Olefin plants.
TLEs quenche exit gases after pyrolysis furnaces and produce high pressure steam.
They withstand temperatures up to 1000 OC and pressures up to 120 barg.

We designed and Fabricated SO2 to SO3 Convertor and Disk & Donut Heat exchangers
(Outotec’s Lurec) for Acid Sulfuric plant based on ASME SEC VIII DIV2.

We designed and fabricated two sets of C.S. 90 meters stack for Phase12, SPGC

We acquired relevent experience in thermal/mechanical design and manufacturing
sulfur Condensers. Operating in hursh conitions, well performance of sulfur condensers
are vital in efficiency of SRU units.

We expanded our capacity for sheet metal works for railroad and automotive Industry.
we delivered the wagon parts to MAPNA.

We obtained Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certificate, OHSAS 18000:2007.

We started our collaboration with TPT Pacific Ltd. Of South Korea for designing and
fabrication of Tower Internals Design and Fabrication.

We obtained " Contractor Qualification License " from ministry of Ministry of Industry,
Mine and Trade, Iran.

We successfully delivered our first Rod-Baffle Type Heat Exchanger (Length 24.2m ,dia.2.1m)

We obtained relevent experience in fabricating heat exchangers by Duplex Stainless 2205.

In cooperation with Axsia Howmar/Natco, we delivered Desalting unit Vessels.
we acquired relevent experience and know-how for Weld Overlay cladding different parts of
heat exchangers, towers and pressure vessels by SAW, ESW , Automated TIG (TIP-TIG)
methods for stainless steel, Monel, Copper-Nickle and brass linnings on Carbon steel
and low alloy steels.
We started providing Acoustic Emission Monitoring Service in collaboration with TISEC (Canada).
AET is a non destructive test method is a non-destructive testing and monitoring method
to detect and locate hidden defects in steel construction components, plant components
and pressure equipment components in good time.
